We've attended and participated in many tradeshows and we've studied the usefulness of this medium for publishers.  The bottom line is that tradeshows are a fantastic way to acquire new customers and network with existing ones.  Not only that, tradeshows are a great place to find new partners.

Tradeshows are an affordable marketing vehicle and one that should be included in your overall marketing strategy.

The key to tradeshow success is not only participating in at least three or four per year, but also attending those that you don't participate in.  At the very least, if you cannot exhibit, look for ways to sponsor an event that targets your market.

The only part of the tradeshow process that Avni Media doesn't do is actually managing the exhibit.  For example, we can't send folks out to set the booth up and work the crowd.  We can, however, help you to find the right people—inside or outside of your own company—to take these tasks on.  After all, the people behind the booth are even more important than the booth itself.
